Quick Overview

"sub rosa 4 came out over a year ago, which in the zine world isn't all that long but in real life, the life you live between publishing dates, the day to day existence, a year is an eternity. 2008 will be the year i spend the rest of my life trying to forget. it will be my "lost year". this zine is the first step in moving on & being ok. it's about falling in love again with someone new & a town full of amazing people. it's about feeling good & getting better."

Details

"it's thirty pages of heartbreak & survival, addiction & love. this zine is full of questions & answers & a girl begging the world to give her a chance to make things right, forgive her mistakes & lend a helping hand each morning when she fights to get out of bed."

From Sub Rosa #5
Maybe I'm just used to compromise. Maybe I'm just used to being treated as second best. I only say that because you said you felt selfish with this, with our relationship and who is making the calls, the demands. But I think it would be even more selfish to ask me not to see you again. But that's me. That's the "all or nothing" again. What confuses me the most is that my "too much" was always "never enough" for him. You've told me I'm "too much" more than you've told me you love me so if you can't handle my all but you don't want nothing, what do you want?
